Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! We are very excited to celebrate the holidays and are in full Christmas mode. Arik has actually had to put some limitations on my holiday decorating and Christmas music this year : )
The kids are very excited. Annika's Christmas letter included. . . . . ."Ohh, and Santa the presents under the tree are not for you, so when you come, please just leave presents not take them." She has many, many questions this year about "Santa".
I can hardly beleive it but she has learned all her letters and sounds with in the last three months and is now starting to write words. I can't beleive how fast they learn. Some of her upcoming events are posted to the bottom left. Take a look and let us know if you would be able to attend.
Cambelle has just learned to say Santa! And now screams it every time she sees him on T.V. Her biggest accomplishment has been the potty. She likes to go on the potty, however, only if it is in the kitchen. Not sure why. She still doesn't have the concept down to tell us when she has to go but is at least not afraid of it now. Yesterday, Arik said she climbed into bed, removed her diaper and pottied on the mattress. I think maybe we will hold off for awhile: (

Hope everyone has a Happy December and New Year!
We hope to celebrate Christmas Eve at Pat and Johns and Christmas Day and over night at Mom and Dad's! Hope to see everyone then,
Janet

Happy Birthday to Matt on the 5th!

Thanksgiving!

We wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!

I recently, attended a grattitude meeting through work. The speaker really put into perspective everything we have to be thankful for each day. With Thanksgiving coming up, we have really been focusing on the things our family is thankful for. Most importantly, how thankful we are for our family and friends. I hope this Thanksgiving finds everyone in good spirits and time spent with the ones you love the most!
Johnsons

P.S. We are very thankful for eveyone that ordered from Annika's gymnastics and the pizzas, cakes and pies are in today and we will be delivering them sometime this weekend.
